The "Cat & Vodolaz" were born in Jerusalem 1992, as a regular comic strip, finalizing the weekly Israeli humor newspaper. Every picture vas a funny resume to a week's boldest topic. It could be a political, social or cultural event. Almost every cartoon needs an explanation now, but most of them pretty much interpretable.
